“The hotel received so many compliments from our guests that stayed there and then from the guests who stopped by for breakfast. Absolutely wonderful, polished environment we all got to enjoy. The staff, they were engaged, quite helpful and always went the extra mile when something was requested. Burgundy (I am sure that is her name) who managed the breakfast buffet could not offer enough assistance. Was quick to clean tables, refill glasses, plates and food. Just the type of person and employee who is an asset to your facility. Raven, billed us promptly so I knew where the financials stood. Very important. From our 1st email exchange last year, to our last discussion on Thursday, you were always positive, let me know “it was being handled” and allowed me to enjoy the wedding, while making Anna and I look great as the hosts.
